Are you working on a 5x5 program or another strength-based program or more interested in dropping weight for now? Sounds like you've been killing it in cardio based on the gainz (weight losses can be gainz imho) :)
Not yet, I plan on starting a 5x5 in the next few weeks. I'm following the Labrada Fit fat loss program right now, which consists of mild/moderate lifting and cardio. However, I've switched up a majority of the lifting on the plan to facilitate what I think feels good, so I'm lifting a LOT more.
Their plan has me doing 2/3 sets of 10, I'll do 5 sets of 10.. There plan gives me 4 exercises, I'll add an exercise.. There plan doesn't feel like its doing much, I swap it out with a more appropriate regime. But so far, I love the way it's guided me to doing THIS group on THIS day.
