me? im still doing basic rehab movements for my shoulder

i went to physical therapy for a few weeks but then had to stop due to insurance issues

and well ive been keeping up with the routine. my shoulder isnt in constant pain any more, just occasional pain. but i dont think its good enough yet to start lifting. im seriously considering going back to the gym within the next 2 months.

ive been out of gym for serious lifting for around 1.5 years now..... finally went to physical therapist around 2 months ago. but.... it was sort of bullshit. it was one physical therapist, and 1 assistant, to deal with 7 or 8 people at a time.... i was at the place for a session for over 2.5 hours every time. and they barely had enough time to pay attention to you to help you out. pretty much did shit all on my own. they rarely corrected me if i wasnt doing something as they thought it should be done. theyd finally notice every now and then after i had already done something wrong multiple times....

Well you don't look so bad for having a bad shoulder, what's with the long hair though? You should seriously cut it.
