Bleh, thats a little update. I think some gains were made, but cant be sure with those pics lol. Maybe because I'm looking at myself and see no differences.

And i know, tan is awful. Im getting into the routine slowly. But shits have been awful for me lately. Still hitting the gym but I really wanna come up with a meal plan. I believed my aunt was a nutritionist for years, outcome is she's a dietetist for old people in hospitals aka not really helpful. Im trying to eat healthy, but im still gaining weight so I guess Im eating too much.
On first pic i was 182 lbs
On 2nd i was 186 lbs but I think i'm fatter.
