My initial goal was to get below 220, but I'm getting really close to that now but I want to lose A LOT more belly fat. (Id like to get to 10-15%).
Was 27% body fat in the first picture, any guess on what I'm now? like 20-22%?

your nipples are fine, your lack of any muscle defining your chest looks weird
dunno about bf% but honestly u need to start lifting. You're what is loosely defined as "skinny-fat" , if you lean up youll still look bad/sickly/frail because you have barely any muscle.
Just the addition of muscle while maintaining, or even gaining bf%, will actually make you look leaner fyi
