Hi I'm michael.
I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and am a Vegan (which helps with my RA)
I can't lift heavy weights, like I used too, but I make do with what I am capable of doing.
Served in the marines for 6 years. Knees are messed up so are my wrists. Missing a pair of ribs, which i guess isn't too big of a deal haha.
Little by little getting more toned - my main concern is just general health.
Don't take any supplements or pre-workout. My protein is from beans and other vegetables/legumes. (along with multi-vitamin)

I'm white as ghost - don't really give a crap if I tan or not. I'm married with children haha. Live in Minnesota, so not much sun up here.
mile run is down to 6:10 - I only run it once a week since most of cardio has to be done on the precore or swimming due to my knees.
Bench is a measly 240 a few times but whatever my joints aren't supposed to be getting a lot of stress so I do lots of negative receptor training for strength and try to max out once a week.
Straight curl bar is up to 120 eight times so i feel good about that.
