@PlaaD some constructive criticism if you don't mind. IMO you can be getting under the bar more in your jerk. Rather then pressing it up. You're not pressing it up a lot but the bar definitely travels more then I'm sure you could manage. Since your legs are so strong, why not have a bigger split and push yourself under the bar more?

Mainly cause I suck at the jerk. I am alot better at pressing things so my movement gets like half jerk/half press, that the split should be wider is something the coach who trains there complains about alot ^^
Was pretty tired in legs there aswell since I did 2 max attempts in squat right before the C&J.

I guess I will start with a new workout method.
Fuck squats/dl's/c&j.
This shit builds all kinds of strenght and muscles.

Squats went to hell today aswell, body felt like shiet and my ankle got some serious pain during the 150 warmup (was just during that squat but it made my squatmood bad)
Did some overhand DL and some bench instead.
