i really don't understand wtf everyone on here has with saying they are fat or other ppl are fat...even less than 18%-20% bf is not FAT in my opinion..no, not ripped or anything, but fat is having like rolls and shit, at least from what the general population would say?

I hate trap pics, so hard to tell progress b/c u can do so many diff poses


why dont ppl show back and squeeze shoulders together to show trap? like camera on top or a litlte higher so u can see top and back of trap

you can do many different poses for any muscle group.

possibly because its the simplest, and the easiest to set up without help? and if you're trying to look at traps only, why would you care if you can see your whole back or not? and if you're just hunching over like you say, you're probably not flexing your traps right. you can flex them without hunching at all. the idea is to force up your shoulder blades [which is one of the functions of the traps]
