3) I said i was 160 a few post backs, you dont do reading well do you?

4) no crutch. Anyone can juice, takes literally no skill to do so. If youre proud of needing a crutch to achieve the size you want, then thats on you.

Anyone can take juice but not everyone will look good after doing so (or live). Still takes lots of effort, at least as much as you put in

Lol and this is why people dont listen to you. u cant do what i do kid. Diet like me, train like me, suffer like me. your waist is 32 inches. Mines 29, my chest is twice as wide and my legs twice as big and peeled. Id mop the floor with u bikini boy. Stick to what u know best taking your fat burners.

Enjoy living a shortened life span because from what i can judge based of your responses, youre not that intelligent, stupidity and roids dont mix well. Youre measurements are "twice as mine" because you juice... You realize that is the only reason why right?

I only use the 5/3/1 program for deadlifts and squats other than that i mix up doing reps till failure, 12x3, 5x5 or 10x4 of exercises and its totally random every week lol .. idk if im doing it right but i push myself hard every week, so hopefully that yields results

Stupidity and roids mix really well tbh. More stupid people I know now have productive lives/jobs cuz of how big they are. NN smarts when you're bigger than everyone

lets all settle down. Sopranos is just jelly that in 2 years, he put on 4 lbs of lean muscle.

In January of 2015 I weighed in at 156, sitting at 12% bf.

I am now at 175, at roughly 10%.
