Cup of oatmeal when i wake up. Then 4 eggs scrambled pre gym meal. Protein shake after the gym. Few pieces of chicken and a cup of brown rice for dinner. Then some whole grain crackers or something for a snack before bed.

also, that is so little calories to have such a physique like what you have? I don't know how you maintain any mass

I follow a slightly modified 5/3/1 program, thats it. Dont even do any cardio to sit at the bf% im currently at, besides railing my girl out.

My diet that i posted has been the same for the past 2 years. Over that span ive put on maybe 4 pounds of lean mass. Last weigh in i was 160lbs on the dot, curious as to what bf im sitting at now.
