Cup of oatmeal when i wake up. Then 4 eggs scrambled pre gym meal. Protein shake after the gym. Few pieces of chicken and a cup of brown rice for dinner. Then some whole grain crackers or something for a snack before bed.
Literally that is my diet for mon-sat, no deviations. Utterly boring, but I do it because i look good, so thats my motivation to keep doing it.

what does your gym routine look like?
also, that is so little calories to have such a physique like what you have? I don't know how you maintain any mass
