My last warmup set of 150 felt heavier then the 2x2 @ 150 combined I did monday :(

Will murder this weight next week when I've had a good sleep + eat more then some cookies and cereals.

162.5 is goal, belive I can do it easily if I just rest and eat good for once.

Will also try a 210 DL this week I think
I'm cumming for you in everything except bench, you can keep that.

My technique still needs work but I was semi-pleased with this. I should have tried to grind out two more. For those who use kilos, that's 152 kilos.

I prefer keeping a neutrally positioned neck (think Rippetoe) instead but I keep my eyes looking up to take advantage of the vestibulo-ocular reflex (this is probably where the advantage of looking up comes from). I've never felt moving my head up does anything positive for me, especially in terms of form.

Think your head is supposed to stay parallel with your spine. Not bent up.

I don't disagree. I always try and pack my neck. And it being parallel doesn't make sense. I think you mean in line.
