1 set of 60? I usually end my work outs with 5x10 pushups and 5x10 situps but no way could I do 60 in one set.

My arms give out so fast, I almost never trained them. 25 pushups in after doing planks and pushup planks and my arms are literally shaking

Tbh I feel it in my lats and not my chest fuking weird cuz I've got a tiny chest and big lats for my size
