you've always been able to squat more, plus dnt have a lower back killing you.... :rolleyes:

did 80lb dbs on shoulder press for 7reps.. felt great
also joined a flag football league :P

lower back is hurt again, im done with "heavy" squats
did 225x10 x 4sets yesterday n hurt like a mother

because im an idiot and wont let it fully heal -_-
also now its like not jst my lower back, but on one side it hurts almost all the way down to my ass cheek
