i doubt any type of cardio is done at any real "fast speed" for example say running i doubt they go above anything for a 90second 400m or so which is basically a snails pace...

obv speed is not their priority, i was simply explaining the type of training they do and cseitz vouched me....

also do you not kno wat HIIT is? High Intesity Interval training, take note at the interval part..... basicly its described by jogging for a certain time / distance and then sprinting for a cetain time / distance

doing this allows you to save energy for each "sprint"

I know what HIIT is, i dont see how you could say speed is not the priority if its "high intensity"...not flaming here im just wondering if we have varying views on this

thats because I dont feel the need to train that much, would rather sit and troll jsp and go make real money. Sure I could have picked BB route and done a bunch of roids, spent all my time in the gym, for a 1 in 100000 shot to make 10k a year from endorsements.

Instead i chose to go to school, have time to have fun and a real life, get a job paying 50k starting out and workout for mild aesthetics.

I'm getting back into lifting again. my squat today was 255 x 10. I feel so out of shape. I need to keep going to the gym. I'm 19 btw. I might make a thread sorta like this.

You could also have gone the route alot of bodybuilders went. Which is going to school and getting a decent job, but putting the gym effort in to grow big.

It's not like the gym time is all that crazy. 10-12 hours/week at most. A bit more if you count the cardio.
