i just measured my biceps and they're 14 inches. i'm a much larger guy than that scrawny whiteboy

and he looks alot skinner then i do

thing is i dont think what they do is 100% accurate but thats what they gave me

was it calipers? calipers told me i was 8% i dont think ive been under 12 since i was little
