been a long time since ive posted in here :unsure:



long story short, i took about a year off due to crazy amounts of life stuff, gained a bunch of weight (got all fat n lost my gainz)

lost 30 pounds in about 2-3 months and put quite a bit of muscle back on over about 6-7 months


still got a ways to go before i get back to where i was, but feelsgoodman either way B)
