I've been going to the gym for about a week now (maybe 15-30mins every other day) i see some small gains though... i think? what exercises should i do?

you could start by fitness di..

I mean eat protein, lots and lots of protein

Check out a full body hyper trophy workout. Then again ur in gym for too short of time so maybe try a upper/lower split. Idk. 30 mins isn't enough for me

yea i use 3 scoops of some protein the guy at over priced GNC recommended two times a day

You want 1gram of protein for every lb you weigh. 200lbs = 200g protein, some say more, some say less, I'd stick to 1:1 ratio.

1.8g per kilo is around the right number.
1:1 is marketing gimmics
