Yeah traps are lacking, and yeah i dont shrug. Currently focusing to get some rear shoulders, traps are next in line!

Despite what you think of me, do band work for the delts/rear shoulders , thinks like pull aparts. Guarantee it will help them grow

yeah looks good. traps do need work though.. big ass traps are a must... just start hittin em at the end of your lifts.. thats what i do.

Cutting this far out? I'd be worried about peaking too early dropping weight this far out.

I'm not cutting yet, just eating clean and seeing where I come out physique wise after cutting out all the garbage I'm used to eating.

I'm probably going to grow for 3-4 months and lean out in the process, then 14-12 weeks out I'll start my shred.. depending how I look.

trying to get away with as little cardio as possible and dial in
