m8 you have no idea, most gyms in the UK don't have squat racks or a place to deadlift. This gym has no barbells either, and dumbbells only upto 30kg. I've never deadlifted in my life and only properly squatted (excluding smith machines) a few times.

But yeah it's better than nothing and only costs £10 a month

I'd need to drive about 10 miles, which I'm prepared to do but I need to pass my test and get a car. Gonna be 6 months minimum. In the meantime I just do leg press leg curl and leg extension as substitutes. For back, pullups lat pulldown and dumbbell bent over rows

i have a few friends willing to help me out, previous competitors with knowledge i need, but itll be an adventure.

gonig to hit 230+ coming up here, then begin cutting for october.


im super open for advice, coaching, etc , id like to get as much help as possible cause ill be going in to win.

non tested of course.

Gain a good amount of fat though? Dietary choices causing bloating? Too much booze?
