Adidas weightlifting singlet. Not approved by the IPF anymore if you considered competing in powerlifting, but ok to use in IWF and pretty much every other federation.

most recent,
feeling pretty big at 220-223 ish.

decided to do muscle beach in edmonton, mens physique maybe mens classic not sure, both if i can.

im like 28 weeks or 30 weeks or some dumb shit out, so i have tons of time
i have a few friends willing to help me out, previous competitors with knowledge i need, but itll be an adventure.

gonig to hit 230+ coming up here, then begin cutting for october.


im super open for advice, coaching, etc , id like to get as much help as possible cause ill be going in to win.

non tested of course.

m8 you have no idea, most gyms in the UK don't have squat racks or a place to deadlift. This gym has no barbells either, and dumbbells only upto 30kg. I've never deadlifted in my life and only properly squatted (excluding smith machines) a few times.

But yeah it's better than nothing and only costs £10 a month
