After another break... I've been on and off for close to 4 years, had a major depressive episode a year and a half ago which made me lose 30 lbs (kinda all the gains I had), I almost stopped. Then I pm'd CMBurns who made me a program, and obv as the slacker I am I stopped after like 3 months. I'm tired of being weak-minded.
Since september, I moved in a appartment for university. First 2-3 months, I just sat on my ass and played a bit of volleyball 1-2 times/week. Since 3 weeks, I'm now hitting gym 4 times a week, which is the max I can since I dont have access to a gym in the weekends and I'm poor as fuck to pay for a membership at 2 gyms. I'm gonna start working on a meal plan in the next couple of weeks.
Thinking about doing a cut, as I put on quite a bit of fat then I'll go for a clean bulk in around 8months after my cut. Just need to set up myself on how many cals i should take daily + look around for what I can afford to buy as food.
