Lol not mad. I'm not on super high test. I lift seriously for 2-3 months, then get sidetracked with work/school and slowly fall of. Or, other things I life happen, like death.

However, since implementing low dose of test from my doctor, I've been able to lift harder and my numbers went up faster than they ever have.

Down to 80.6 Kgs from 85 in 2 months. Steady progress i believe.

Looking good brotha mayne! I'm gonna say 12-14%. Hard to tell without seeing your legs. Like n_w said, def the physique most men look for. I know I used to want to look like that when I was younger. If I was that shredded I'd have dumped my gf before I went to college LOL! Keep up the progress

Wouldn't be an HnF post w/o a critique, so here's mine, w/o taking away from the fact you look dank. You flexing tits in first pic, right? I'd hit some more decline bench and flies as my only suggestion.

I took it at my work place after closing. ( im an expat for abercrombie and fitch in the middle east ) The lights in my gym are crappy.

Yeah i would guess around 12% aswell. Legs are quite big, not much fat on them. Calves could use some improvement, I hit them hard every week.

Decline bench is definitely on the list as a focus during chest days because I noticed the lack of progress.

I do 5 day split plus cardio every now and then. Bmr is around 1900, TDEE is 3000 approx. Right now eating a deficit of 500 calories or so.
Mostly Protein and Fat, trying to keep carbs low.

Whatever you're doing Namechange, keep it up. In most deficits your lifts won't be going up depending on the person. What's your routine like, though? You doing low weight high rep, heavy weight lower rep, push/pull days?
