I took it at my work place after closing. ( im an expat for abercrombie and fitch in the middle east ) The lights in my gym are crappy.

Wouldn't be an HnF post w/o a critique, so here's mine, w/o taking away from the fact you look dank. You flexing tits in first pic, right? I'd hit some more decline bench and flies as my only suggestion.
Yeah i would guess around 12% aswell. Legs are quite big, not much fat on them. Calves could use some improvement, I hit them hard every week.
Decline bench is definitely on the list as a focus during chest days because I noticed the lack of progress.
I do 5 day split plus cardio every now and then. Bmr is around 1900, TDEE is 3000 approx. Right now eating a deficit of 500 calories or so.
Mostly Protein and Fat, trying to keep carbs low.
