stop talking like morons, brawn means nothing in a knife/gun fight. a 14 y/o girl who can handle a knife can still skin you alive.

as for the girl- she's made her choice about your relationship the first time she ever fooled behind your back. now that you know of it, time to make your own choice.

Not sure how active this thread is, I cannot pm though so i'll take a shot at it, i guess!

Basically.... I've been going to the gym for like two years now maybe, off and on. I have a good athletic build but i'm really not that muscular compared to most jacked lifters (I competed in high level downhill skiing/ XC mountain bike racing so I focused on more cardio rather than bulk muscle). I want to start getting more solid but don't really know where to start.

I have a fast metabolism so I stay pretty skinny. I'm 5"11 155lbs... Basically I'm looking for a proper routine and schedule.

For example, if I were to go to the gym right now with my knowledge my schedule would be something like this:

Mon, 10km run
Tues, Bi's Tri's
Wed, Spinning legs
Thur, chest back
Friday, core

Basically....I have two main questions:

1) What is a good workout schedule to work the entire body?

2) Some of my buddies have gotten pumped up pretty quick on pre-workout supplements? mainly NOEXPLODE and BLACKPOWDER or something like that...what do you know about thoose, and should i invest in them or just take protein post workout?
