The guy weighs just shy of 400lbs. It's impressive as fuark, regardless of that fact, but to say that he crushes Cressey would be ignorant. You're comparing people with different potentials who lift in different categories.

espero que sea cierto lo de maupassant lmao que ya me lo iba a tomar como algo personal xDD

gut gut. al llegar he comido un fileton de 500g de ternera + add, que ya andaba hambriento.

mañana ire al gym para practicar mas el clean a front squat; espero poder incorporarlo rollo bien a mi rutina a partir de la semana que viene
