Lol I don't think you could get his body type...he's been a lifter all his life...a.k.a. gymnast...so he's done so much crazy shit to build that solid physique.

You can get almost any physique you want. If you're willing.

Maybe on the outside...

But if you take two people:

1 person starts being active at 5 years old doing strength sports like gymnastics

Other person starts in their 20's, sedentary lifestyle previously

Both people strength training now

First person is better off.
- they are flexible
- they have more structural integrity
- they've built a solid foundation of muscle, pound for pound much stronger

I don't think someone who starts in their 20's can catch up to the dominant body that Aube has.

Doesn't mean you can't build something ridiculous for yourself, but IMO it won't be the same.

I think you have a big misconception about my athletic background. I started doing Gymnactics at 12 and competed when I was 15 and stopped at that age.

When I was 18-19 I was 5'9 and 138 pounds. Not something you would call a gymnast physique. I started bodyweight training at age 20 and lifting weight was at 21 years old
2009:

2010:

48 pounds and 6 years later (1y of bw training and 5y of weight training)
