Not that I really care, but you posted a pic with your shirt on claiming less than 10% 170lbs at 6ft. Not really big, a little light for that height. You were lacking separation in delts and bis which were the only things you could see in the pic.

Edit. Was a bad pic to judge bis/arms, but they still seem to be lacking

currently at 198 original weight 245-248ish a car injury made me not train but now with static stretching able to get to gym hurts alot but better than none and starting to jump rope i got good cardio alright definition got good macros to lean out just not easy.

was 42 pant size now 35-36 :)

Couldn't lift 45 pounds before cuz of back can do many plates leg press 145 ish bench not great 75 pound dumbbells chest press.

235 deadlifts and 200 lbs tbar row I can't say versus u guys strenght but I'm happy with progress i put emphasis on reps and not how much i can lift cuz of neck back if pain goes away might do 5x5 programs.
