haha, magic indeed
my leg routine is squats and deadlifts, i used to do insolation exercises but no longer. i don't have as much time for the gym so on the 3 days per week i go i only do a short full body split.
much more interested in strength and postural stability these days, i just used to post here a lot and wanted to drop a line since i just got back to the gym after herniated discs and tendon issues kept me away for awhile.
and orakpo is correct, the angle exaggerates both the size of my quads (positively) and calves (negatively), i am pretty proportioned otherwise
Maybe just do calf raises whenever you have spare time waiting around during your day? Waiting for lunch, the bus, the metro, people, etc.
I never really had great calves myself and started doing that a bit more than a year ago. Granted I'm much heavier so it helps, but at least there's a difference. Your quads make your calves look like they were in a coma for 10 years and atrophied.
That chest development is pretty good tho, dang.
