Cool story, bro. Once you make it past a beginner strength level, you can come back and discuss real lifts. Now, you'll say "I train for size!' Cool story, I train for strength so comparing my bodyfat levels is like me mentioning how I bench as much as you squat, and can still maintain such a "high" bodyfat, yet still beat you in bodyweight ratios in atleast 2/3 of the lifts.
Secondly, it is a fact that there is an exponential difference in the necessary tendon and ligament growth needed to push heavier weights. Those take forever to build. So saying that I squat 500 which is damn close to 600. Fuck no it's not. That last 100 lbs means you could spend years accomplishing that whether your ligaments, tendons, etc can't take it or you simply cannot gain that strength.
I wasn't even trying to turn this into a flame. Just pointing out how you lifting beginner weights at a low bodyweight does not make you better than Balla by any stretch of the imagination. Hell, I'd be suprised if you even made it to a 500 squat.
