Bones stop giving advice. You're not a personal trainer, you can't even squat 1.5x your BW. You have no idea about training, nutrition or supplementation.
Just STOP
.

fixed it for you.

First part i will stop because of that, I was just trying to offer something in the mean time since no one else was and skc hasnt been on in a month. Second two things are wrong, I max at 400 on squats which is 2x my BW... And I have plenty of ideas about training, nutrition, and supplementation, I dont know everything but I do know a lot about them.

Hello everyone...

sorry for my absence....here are the updates:

1. House has been given back to the bank basically...there was no more fight against the insurance company - I simply do not have the time or money to pursue this any further.
2. Had to get an APT down here and move all my stuff out etc.
3. Started new semester of Medical School.
4. Lost one job, found another.

anyway....I will be back around for a bit to answer some questions. I will just pretend the last few pages didn't happen, as it will be MUCH easier for me to just start answering fresh (as I have no idea how many of you still have questions that apply or have not been answered).

I was just wondering if, when fat loss is the primary goal, which rep/set scheme would be most effective.
By the way, congratulations on getting stuff back in order.

Repetition. For tennis focus on re-creating overhand movements, backhand movements, underhand movements, and shuttle-runs (suicides) both front/back, and side-to-side. You can use a cable machine to recreate these movements.

breakdowns and drop sets.

start heavier, and do many sets with no rest between gradually going lighter with each set until total muscular failure.

the more exercise without breaks, the better.
