that guy looks at himself with a shirt on compared to guys with their shirts on, who are at 10% BF and thinks because they are similar in size, he should be lifting more and is actually big

he's hella wrong. When I am dirty bulking and holding a lot of water weight, I look way bigger than what I really am. dat der bloat
