Your BW to squat ratio vs my BW to squat ( same ratio)
Video must be posted by feb 28th.
Video must be a side view . And not upside down
No knee wraps allowed . Sleeves /. Belt is fine
Must go at least a tad below 90* so there's no confusion on depth
Must provide a weigh in.
Round up or down to nearest 5lb increment (202 would be 200)
If one of us fails to complete the lift /. Provide the vid Then ...
You must put :

First off, the video was shitty due to being upside down and all. Also, the video is from the front so you can hardly see if he has any lumbar rounding.
From my first look, it doesn't look nearly as bad as I expected from all the comments.
I would recommend starting with your hips higher though. Unnecessary wasted energy before the bar actually moves when you drive your hips at the beginning.

You don't not need to go ATG when you're squatting, stop with that shit.
Hips shooting up really isn't as bad as people make it sound. High hips is a preference, many PLers use it. His stance, on the other hand, was weird as hell.
