Man, huge setback.
Upper body is looking swole though.
Curious to know, this is the best shape you've been in or were you bigger pre-surgery?
first, thank you for the upper body comment, lol.
is this the best shape ive been in? if by shape you mean conditioning and body fat % no definitely not. My legs were definitely much bigger before all this crap happened, the rest of my body I would say is back to where I was pre-surgery. which is disappointing being natural because it takes forever to make the smallest amount of progress and going backwards like that sucks.

Why didn't you go with a cadaver? Could've avoided your entire hamstring :/. I had the same surgery in March 2014. But my first surgeon wrapped my meniscus stitches around my ACL screws and tore them, so my meniscus never healed. I had it clipped earlier this year in like June. I feel your pain m8.
im an ES major and cadavers are pretty much the last route anyone at my age should go. they have a much lower rate of getting accepted in the body and a higher rate of infection. the other option was to go patella tendon but due to my Osgood-schlatter in my knee the tendon had to much calcification to use. as of now I don't have any pain or issues with the surgery, the only thing I have noticed is that at certain angles if I completely lock out my knee (ie doing seated quad extensions at the gym) at the very end of the range of motion I can feel something that is a little weird in my knee. not painful, just feels like something is rubbing and sliding over something. probably scar tissue and nothing serious but I have made another appointment with my surgeon so she can take a look. im playing soccer 2 hours a day every Monday Wednesday and Friday so im hoping that its nothing serious. but yeah, definitely a shitty sx to go through.
