Just logged back into jsp for the first time in years, haven't posted in the health and fitness section in forever, so I might as well post up some recent pictures and get some critiques. Summer 2014 I completely tore my ACL and had to have about 35% of my meniscus shaved off, took two tendons from my hamstring to create my knee ACL. Needless to say I was kept out of the gym for 6 months and have been back in the gym for roughly 6 months now. 6ft1in 234.8 lbs as of today when I weighed myself.

single leg? not much. lot of scar tissue where they chopped two of the tendons out. been foam rolling it a bit, but im going to need to get some ART to get rid of as much of the scar tissue as possible. my left leg is still much smaller than my right from the bed rest and muscle atrophy, also favoring the strong leg when starting to walk again has set things back a little.

Man, huge setback.

Upper body is looking swole though.

Curious to know, this is the best shape you've been in or were you bigger pre-surgery?

Why didn't you go with a cadaver? Could've avoided your entire hamstring :/. I had the same surgery in March 2014. But my first surgeon wrapped my meniscus stitches around my ACL screws and tore them, so my meniscus never healed. I had it clipped earlier this year in like June. I feel your pain m8.
