Sorry I ment every other day,

Also it did not start hurting to I accidently bent my wrist a little and now the other side of my forearm has pains when I try to lift anyhting, or twist my arm, could it be a sore tendon or muscle? What should I do to make it better besides see a doctor.

see a doctor imo

but just rest it for like 2 weeks, shouldn't be curling every other day anyway

Ya I was thinking this, I think I just pulled a muscle in my arm due to me bending my wrist a certain way on the last set, what would be a good bench/curl schedule, mon-sun, mon/wed/fri?

Some basic question
I am soon starting to do myfirst real workout routine , I was wondering if 2 hours 3 to 4 time a week was to much?
actually 1 hour of work out on machines and 1 hours of boxing workout (Running,Punching bag , and some sparing)

I will start this monday , just want to know if its to much for a beginning or if it was fine.

Looking to get my six-pack again. What's the best and most efficient way to do this?

@ D3V0UR

If you indeed had a 6 pack before, then why not follow the same routine as before?

Regardless, Cardio is your best friend if your aiming for that six pack. If you're planning on getting your six pack once again, you're going to need a very low body fat percentage.

Hello, I got a quick question, I was working out about a week ago, doing cruels ( 65lbs ) With bar, and as I was doing my last set I must of turned my wrist wrong or something because somewhere in my behind forearm hurts, the next day I try to cruel and I get pain in this area, like perhaps a tendon pulled or something?

Would like to know if I should see a doctor, give working out a rest, or downgrade weight.

More discription- if I turn my arm I feel pain in my forearm, basically if I do anyhting with my left arm, pick up something, twist my arm I get pains.
