Although i have done something very similiar with 225 but still, the weight is relative.

WOD1000m row warmup
1 rep single arm snatch on the minute increasing by 1 every minute.
1 rep each arm on minute 1
2 rep each arm on minute 2
etcetc
Stopped at 10, even with 50lbs this was a pretty decent semi-warmup. I was sweating my nuts off
WOD100 burpees
Catch: Every minute do 25 double unders before you start your burpees (Except for the first round). Stop doing burpees when the beep for the minute sounds.
Burpees ended up looking something like
25/34/43/50/57/65/74/83/91/100. I don't remember the time exactly but this was a fucking sweat fest. It was awful.
