Thanks. Bench is the one thing I've always trained consistsntly over the years Lol. I can actually bench as much as I squat at the moment

i havent done much squatting either and i think i can actually bench more than i squat... so i know the feeling. used to workout more iso's for legs and then did cardio for em instead. ive been a legs noob for too long, time to change that lol (which ive already started working on lol) embarrassed to post my big 3 just cuz of squats. rofl
oh and just started deadlifting as well, but my deadlift will be much higher than bench, shit when i was deading for the first time the other day with 205 (just feeling out form) i was ripping the weight off the ground with pure arms and no legs.... (obviously that is bad and is why i didnt start out with more weight lol)
