nothing wrong with touch-n-go AT ALL.. especially if you're not training for a powerlifting comp

improves the lats enforcement as well as the erectors' load. half a sec is needed, not 1/5 a sec.

Was feeling froggy, so decided to try & max out on bench at home.

well almost 4 years of lifting, I still go with enough intensity to make me vomit :rofl:

took a 5day deload cuz got sick & to let lower back recover. This week felt great besides the soreness :cry:

squat/dead seems low though :/

also did you actually vomit? lol i never have but tbh these last 4-5 weeks ive went harder then ever on legs and have came so close

but eh idgaf im a bodybuilder brah & this lower back thing is going to b the death of me lol

yarsh I was still in pain from lifting while driving, I pulled into my driveway.... stuck my head out the window & threw up twice :)

(ofc was high rep squat day)
