Whats the end goal or point for it? If its to hold onto the barbell for deadlift, then there are a number of ways you can improve it

Practically, for events in Strongman competitions. Many require huge grip strength, like the Farmers walk.


But in reality, I want to have an above-average grip strength as my kinda niche "thing" in my strongman circle. It will help with arm wrestling as well.
