Ha tempted to leave the tropical paradise of vegas to go back to Buffalo just for those weights.
Pay for the astronomical amount of shipping from New York to Australia and it's all yours.

Figured this may be a good place to check.
Do any of you have a home gym setup; if so, where did you get your stuff at?
I am thinking of spending in the range of $3000-4000 to get started.
Squat squat rack w attachments, bench, dumbbells, rubber weights, rubber floor, curl bar, etc.
I know a ton of places will probably be sold out right now, but let me know if you have any ideas!
Thanks
e. again this is just to get started, not the entire gym setup
chill out just buy a gym membership and wait the rona out buying all that equipment is so not worth it

i spent 4k myself two weeks ago.
got a half rack hyrbid that is smiith/regular rack and has cable attachments.
spent $1000+ on every single cable attachment imaginable
got an insane incline/decline/flat bench, got preacher curl attachment and leg extension attachment for the bench
got bowflex adjustbale dumbbells
got 4x45,2x35,2x25,2x10,2x5,4x 2.5 plates

pretty much everything i could ever think of... ordered like 40+items from treadmillfactory/fitnessavenue/fitnessdepot

-I wanted bumpers originally, but the more I thought about it, I saved some money and went with these

Titan 4' Oly EZ Curl Bar

-Opted this route so I can get another down the line for cable crossovers, etc.
Portable Plate/BB Storage Tree
REP Red DB Storage Rack
REP Hex Bar
Rogue Black/Black cerakote 45lb OPB -
https://www.roguefitness.com/rogue-45lb-ohio-powerlift-bar-cerakote
-Only reason I went with this was because the cheaper options I was looking at were sold out
Flooring - 7x horse stall mats from TSC (one for deadlift platform)
Last to get:
PR-4000 Spotter Arms (were out of stock)
A couple more cable attachments for pulley system
wood, stain, etc for deadlift platform. I am going to make the three piece one
I definitely spent a lil more than anticipated, but I am 100% happy. Will share some pics as the garage gym comes together.

^ OPB looks lit in red, i wonder how long that will last
Rack looks lit
Rubber coated plates looks flaccid. Imo should have gone steel for that boner inducing clanging noise

Yeah I am sure I will upgrade as time goes by, but I feel this is a solid start. Still need to find a treadmill, but we're going to wait until fall to get one.
