I regained my reps and strength while off it in about 3 weeks, i'm back to the same digits.
I am however 3lbs lighter and look more cut.

It's the creatine.
From what I've read that seems to be the most optimal way of going about things is to dose 3 weeks on and 1 week off. The one week off takes away dependence

I wouldn't take it off!
Just make sure you're drinking minimum 1 gallon of water/day. But Im sure you know this!

I'm off it for good now, just eating boiled chicken breast twice day and making slow but consistent gains.

Ohhh haaha sorry misinterpreted. The owner of anabolicmen.com said that was his routine. I love that site man. Not sure if you need to actually take one week off or not.

It is too time consuming to learn to cook. I instead conditioned my self to eat plain food, and now it tastes fine. Plus that helps me control my cravings for junk food.
