Turtol you’re way too advanced for this shit.

If you want to lift something five times at a certain weight, start with what you can do five times and increase every day you lift/every week.

Do compound movements and throw in one maybe two accessory exercises in and you’re good to go.

Eat right. Stay consistent. Lift hard.

Or eat clen tren hard.

Either way gets you there
