Issue can be diarrhea soon after consuming protein (e.g. it caused higher doses of creatine in some protein brands for me), but it can be also fixed by some enzymes pills taken with (look for protease, it's enzyme digesting proteins, can't advise brand though, don't use any of those but its all the same I guess). All these issues are more trial-and-error procedure for each of us, we are all different :) Hopefully no issues at all.

Hmmm, depends on the day i suppose... Most of the food i eat, is not high in protein, for example pasta....
Most of the food i eat, is high in calories/carbs, but not protein lol

10 servings of pasta has 70 grams of protein. thats 2,000 calories

youre relatively heavy and lift weights every day. assuming you need 3500+ calories

add a can of beans, a can of tuna, a can of green peas, a 16 ounce glass of milk- all of that together will cost you 3 dollars a day, minus the pasta cost

and you're at 140 grams of protein

also have 800 cals left. have a peanutbutter sandwhich on a bagel and 10 more ounces of milk- 30 more protein

have 5 eggs- 30 more protein

cup of oatmeal and 2 tblspoons pb- 17 more protein

really not difficult to hit 140-200 grams of protein if you are deliberate about it to the smallest extent
