link to any relevant pubmed research (preferably randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind study) plz, otherwise you just admitting again you have absolutely no clue what creatine is.

especially when you compare creatine to Trenbolone (yes, it is not trenbologne - you even spell it wrong), which is anabolic steroid from group of nandrolone (illegal stuff). I bet you heard/read some yellow press article, don't have a clue but play smart here :)

lol what? you don't need a randomized placebo controlled double blind (yeah like big pharma is gonna fund that) you just need to look at what's happening around you, young creatine abusers are dropping like flies from liver problems

just last month a guy at my gym collapsed with jaundice and had to be rushed to the hospital, and I know or a fact that he was taking the creatine

the guy you linked is also very unnatural looking too, no doubt he has used and abused lots of substances in his day, I'd love to see an ultra sound of his liver

Well then I have some really bad news for you. If you eat beef, fish etc. you should run to your MD to examine yor liver ASAP lol. Every pound of beef has 5g of creatine and every pound of salmon has 4.5g. Hurry, your liver suffers (unless you are a vegan, then you are safe from this poison)

That is simply not true, creatine content in red meat is 350mg/100g, well below the toxic amounts that people abuse in supplements. I hope you come to your senses, it sees like you have a lot to learn about the fitness industry.
