I agree. People tend to give up within a week or two, usually due to dehydration and the "keto-flu". Yes, I did do personal training for about 4 weeks at the start, learned about keto and got some good resources from him. But I carried on by myself, with pretty much no exercise after that. If it's something you would consider and want to give a shot, I can help out with resources and all sorts of good stuff.
Edit: Most people think of keto as just eating eggs and chicken, and that it's unsustainable. I have found it the opposite and get creative with my meals, check all macros, and am very aware of what I eat and buy without putting much thought to it. I even cheat sometimes with some spicy garlic wings from b-dubs
