12.54 miles in 47 minutes and 19 seconds. Not sure if it was the sunny weather or the new Drake album that made me ride a little faster this time around (:

This was just about the exact route the triathlon is. Call it I ride 50 minutes, that gives me about an hour to swim .33 miles and run a 5k with transitions in order to make my goal of 2 hours.


I also got off my bike and ran a slow 10 minute mile right after these 12 and 1/2 miles, even if I walk the damn 5K on race day, I think I got this.

No excercise today. Keeping legs a day off.

Worked 9-2 EST, biked to the beach for an hour and swam a little, working 4-10 pm EST tonight

I ordered one of those roller sticks so my girlfriend can make me want to kill myself while she rolls my calves out so that's fun

Thinking I'm going to run a few miles tomorrow! Never thought I'd ever look forward to running lol. I also ran into a guy who was wearing the local triathlon shirt, he said it's really easy. I'll take that with a grain of salt.

I ran to the beach and took this little video to show you what the swimming section looks like
I haven't swam for shit except a little in the ocean yesterday but I''m relieved to find out you don't actually have to swim if you didn't want to lmao
It's so shallow (~4ft) that you can run part of it and even do dolphins dives. That's what the guy that I ran into yesterday said

Yeah, don't do that.
If you roll to that extent you going to do the reverse of loosening.
Also, by doing it yourself you are sure to make the proper interactions with your body.

ALLLLLSOOOO, my nigga...are you not gonna fuckin stretch? It's just as, if not, more important than the fucking roller lol.

no excercise at all

maybe 2 miles collectivly on my bike, that's it

resting and stretching my calves and enjoying independance day.


I pulled up to a stop sign today and fucking casey neistat jogged infront of me lmao, I scream his name and he looked at me, smile, and pointed at me haha

I made an instagram story and @'d him, asking if he wanted to go on a run and I'd show him the area. Thought that was funny.


never the less, more excercise tomorrow in between work and dinner and my girlfriend's club

oh btw, this is my fuckin bike hahaha

I stay on gear 2 on the left hand and can only use gears 2, 4, 6, and 7 on the right, the rest don't work

brakes barely work too
