Oh I know people overreact all the time.

I'm just saying that worrying about heavy metals and worrying about too much sodium or sugar is a little different haha.

A few girls in my pt program lose their damn minds over any sort of sugar in food and one girl said today that she stopped eating hummus because it had too much fat.

The amount of naturally occurring heavy metals in fish is superfluous, it’s so minuscule... It would take a ridiculous amount of fish to cause even a slight issue.

I'd rather worry about salmon. A real fish that fights off bears.
