why do you assume i have zero life experience? ive got two degrees, getting a third in 5 years, worked entry level jobs in several medical and para-medical settings, completed basic applied science research, presented that research at a national exercise conference, been heavily involved in emergency vet medicine for about a year now, seen death and decay and abuse. ive got tons of life experience for a 26 yo. you probably just sit on your computer shitposting hnf all day

He's very young so BPH or prostate cancer is super unlikely. To me it sounded like inflammation of the prostate. Usually the prostate would be somewhat tender during a rectal examination in such a case. Never heard of a seminal vesicle rupture although afterwards it sounds very plausible considering he does heavy lifting.
