yeah but people say you need to give it in some cases 4-6 weeks. the theory is that you can enter ketosis quite quickly.. in 2-3 days, but you're not "fat adapted" for much longer. so you can still feel like shit until you are.
but feeling like absolute hell and having no energy for a month is hard to endure. plus with my mental health issues idk if it's worse for me
