I also drop to 50% or just use the whole week for stretching and relaxing. I try to time it for when I'm traveling to places that have no gym anyway.

Cns has been shown to have reduced excitability following prolonged tetanus contractions or ultra-long endurance activities.

Contractile units being damaged in terms of chronic.
