That's certainly not a a physique that would indicate steroid usage.

I’ve seen worse form lol. Looking good though physique wise. I am curious about your form on deadlifts though.

i likely eat as much as, or more than anyone here; there's a 99.9% chance i work harder or as hard as any of you here. I make it a priority to surround myself with not the strongest or biggest people, but the hardest working, determined people anywhere i go ( who usually end up being the strongest, biggest people, but not always.)

The only time i would consider steroids is if for some reason i became heavily involved with competing in bodybuilding, powerlifting, or strongman. My friend is currently training to do a powerlifitng meet at the Arnold in march and i see the highs and lows of them and there's no way in my mind to justify using them.

Hell yes bro keep up the good work this all makes perfect sense to me so i dont take it as a rant how im taking this as knowledge and you are much stronger then me and thats saying a lot since im 6'1 215lbs! But i do have a question, you see i did 117 regular push ups good form all the way up and down etc but now for some strange reason my triceps start to flex on their own and stayed flexed and it kinda hurts but only when i move my arms in certain positions have this happen to you before?

Oh and not 117 in a row but all together my first set of push ups was 30 then i kinda moved around a bit and did more, mainly sets of 10 after the 30. my sets were something like this 30 then 15 then all 10s after that until i got to 117
