There's only one crissfitter at the gym I go to, kid wares swim trunks or compression shorts, a bandana, full size headphones, elbow sleeves, leg sleeves, rogue crossfit t shirt and tosses on squat shoes for max effort 90 lb squats and proceeds to flop around like a fish on the pull up bar. Also uses the bench press to lay front first on doing some type of odd swimming motion.
By kid I mean late 20s
we have a specific gym for cross fit im like 23 rip i like it bc it reminds me of insanity id honestly do insanity in my house but its too small
i like my cardio and weights i like intensity
plus doing sprints/high intensity has been proven to increase muscle growth but the point is i wanna try it seems fun
